Terms of Service – 26 Academy

Platform: 26 Academy – English learning platform for Grade 11 and 12 in Jordan (High Note curriculum)

1. Overview

26 Academy is an educational platform created to support students in Grades 11 and 12 in Jordan with English lessons based on the High Note curriculum. All lessons are delivered by Saif Jamal, an experienced English teacher.

2. Course Access and Purchases

• All purchases are completed via WhatsApp.

• After purchase, each student receives a unique username and password to access the course.

• Login credentials are personal and must not be shared with others under any circumstances.

• Access is limited to one device only per user.

3. Device and Access Policy

• Any attempt to log in with the same credentials on multiple devices without prior permission will result in the account being blocked immediately.

• Blocked accounts due to policy violations are not eligible for a refund.

4. Communication

• All inquiries, technical support, and follow-ups are handled exclusively via WhatsApp.

5. Agreement

By purchasing and using the platform, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Violations may result in restricted access without compensation.
